Our nationwide network means that we have an expert installer in your area who can provide you with a cost-effective and safe installation, compliant with Australian standards and local regulations.

Turf Installation Process

• The customer is contacted within 24 hours of an initial ORDER
• TTA organizes on site Installation to be completed within 5 business days following install date confirmation.
• $150 call out fee will apply for all Sydney Metro jobs to be paid on completion of works. 

Not Included

• Custom Work: Work outside of the scope of the standard installation described above will be at extra cost and sold by the Certified Installers directly to the consumer. TTA has negotiated regional contractor pricing to ensure controls on pricing and customer experience.

Scope of Works

• If work required exceeds the standard installation, TTA offers an individual quote for further work.
• Work to be conducted within normal business hours.

Service Area

• TTA provides a nationwide installation service including regional areas.
